RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Tinysnap. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Email us at tinysnap.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.

Faulty or damaged items
If your Tinysnap arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items
Memory cards and other opened consumables cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene/security reasons.

Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.
